This morning (my husband) walked by the barbell and questioned why I had so much weight on, worrying I might hurt myself. I said "that's your daughter's weight!"
It never occurred to him she could be doing the workout she is.
BEST. TRAINER. EVER!
Jaime introduced me to barbells and strength training which was something I had always been interested in but not confident enough to try on my own. She took me through several exercises making sure I had the correct form/technique. As I became stronger and more confident each week Jaime went through various secondary workouts to build supporting muscle groups and how to do it. Throughout the challenge Jaime would suggest tweaks to make my form more proper which helped me with confidence in performing the exercises correctly.
