Small Group Training

Working out is SO much better with friends.

Based on the goals of the group, everyone receives their own personal program and comes in together to work with me.

There is some more independence to this style of training. You probably don't need me over your shoulder counting every rep but you might have questions as you go so this is that perfect solution between Personal Training and Group Classes.

Grab a group of 4 or more and we'll work together to find a day and time that works for everyone!
